Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Keeps Home ships exclusively to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to more countries soon.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
What payment methods do you accept?

How do I make a change to an order I already placed?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our support team within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has reached the warehouse for processing, we can no longer make changes.
